Certificate of Technology
The certificate of technology is awarded to students who:

1. Complete the required technical courses with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0 (C average) on all college-level course work attempted at San Jacinto College. The Graduation GPA is displayed on the CAPP Graduation Check.
2. Earn at least one-half of the hours required for the certificate at San Jacinto College. (Refer to the section titled Technical Programs for available options.)
3. Make formal application for graduation at the Registrar's Office. (See the Calendar for deadline dates and also the procedures listed in the introduction of this Awarding of Degrees and Certificates section.)
