aSPIRE Responsibilities
- Provide leadership in the development of a research program that supports an ongoing, comprehensive, college-wide integrated Institutional Effectiveness System, one that meets and exceeds regional accreditation requirements.
- Provide leadership in the development of an Institutional Information System. Design, execute and report independent qualitative and quantitative research on issues that support and further the mission, vision and strategic planning process of the institution.
- Serve as an advocate for data driven decision making processes within the institution.
- Support creativity, individual strengths, and the professional development of the Research team.
- Verify and analyze institutional and assessment data, provide policy-relevant interpretation of analyses, and design and prepare appropriate reports.
- Design reporting procedures, complete and submit various state, federal and accreditation reports (e.g., IPEDS, THECB, LBB, and SACS).
- Provide analytical support for Enrollment Management and Marketing functions of the institution.
- Conduct environmental scanning, GIS reporting, and leadership for the Achieving the Dream Initiative.
