Counseling

The San Jacinto College Small Business Development Center (SJC-SBDC) is a part of the University of the Houston Regional Network of SBDCs. Our counseling is designed to increase jobs in our service area. Most of our network’s counselors have either owned or managed small businesses. Our goals are:

  2. Retained Jobs
  3. Business Starts
  4. Business Expansions
  5. Capital Access for Entrepreneurs

Our cost-FREE, confidential counseling service is aligned to primarily provide access to capital to entrepreneurs through assistance with business plans, business loan packages, and financial solutions. We also offer financial analysis, and assistance with marketing plans.
