Payment Deadlines

Once you’re registered for classes you only need to pay your tuition and fees, so you can hit the ground running on the first day of the semester. Payments are due by certain dates to hold your place in your classes. You can also take advantage of our installment plan and stretch the total cost over multiple payments.

Your student accounts receivable balance is greater than $0 and the entire balance is not covered by the following alternative methods of payment:  financial aid, third party agreement, scholarship, exemption, or installment payment plan.  If any class changes have been made since complete payment that increases the balance and are not covered by the methods above, these classes are unpaid and will also be removed.

To review your student accounts receivable balance,  please  log into your SOS account and select “My Registration, Financial Aid, and Student Records”, then “My Registration” and finally, “Step 6: Review Your Charges and Make a Payment.”  You will be prompted to select and submit a term and you will be taken to your Registration Fee Assessment page where you should select the Student Account Suite which will display your current Accounts Receivable Balance.

Fall 2014 (201510)

Students are limited to the number of credit hours they may take during the fall term based on the total number of calendar weeks.  The maximum number of calendar weeks is 16.  The way to calculate the number of hours is to determine the calendar weeks of your courses and refer to the chart below.  Do not duplicate the weeks.  For example:  If you are in a 4-week and a 16-week part of term, your calendar weeks are 16 because the 4-week is contained within the 16-week maximum.  The part of term identifier prints on the Schedule/Bill.

The Enrollment Services Office at your campus will run reports to identify students who are registered over the maximum hours and will notify them by email to adjust their schedules.  If the schedules are not adjusted by the student, the Office will drop the last courses for which the student registered until the appropriate number of hours is reached.
