Prior to SJC: Was most valuable player of his high school district after averaging 14 points and 7 rebounds a game. Signed with Southern University, but battled through a knee injury and transferred to San Jacinto College.

Gernander on Garrison: “Tarrance was an all-district and all-region player in high school, and he’s really seeing his first action now since high school. He’s 6’7” but has the wingspan of a player 6’9” or better. Tarrance can be a solid rebounder and shot blocker on the inside for us.”
