#2 -Lauren Priestley

Freshman
Outside Hitter/Defensive Specialist

Prior to SJC: Lauren was a co-captain of an undefeated district championship team as a senior at Cinco Ranch High School. After the season, she was named to the all-district teams both athletically and academically.

For 2006: Lauren has the ability to play several positions, which will allow her to contribute in a number of ways. She possesses outstanding ball control techniques and can score using either finesse or power.

Nelson on Priestley: “Lauren is eager to play at this level, and she comes from a high school program where hard work was the standard. She is quick on her feet athletically and ready to learn the JUCO game. Lauren’s ability to control the ball so well will be huge for us.”
