Magnetic Resonance Imaging Principles

Prerequistes:  Must have current NMTCB or ARRT national registration in X-ray or Nuclear Medicine OR approval from the Medical Imaging department 281-476-1501 ext 1446.

Focus is on the underlying scientific theory and practices leading to magnetic resonance imaging.  Includes the concepts and scientific principles employed in magnetic resonance imaging techniques.  Emphasis is on principles of magnetism and interactions of living matter within magnetic fields.  Category A CE credit is approved by the ASRT. (MRIT 2330)
