San Jacinto College has established a program designed to give participants a step-by-step guide to effective negotiation. You must identify the problem, understand it from the other person's perspective, generate alternative solutions and select a solution that benefits both sides. All parties need each other to achieve their goals. Negotiation focuses on solving the problem and closing the gap between what both parties want.
Courses may be taken individually or as part of the Negotiating to Win Certificate Program.

Supervisors to Senior-Level leaders. Group Size: 8 – 20 people
To qualify for this certificate, complete three workshops.
