New Student Orientation

We are happy you have chosen to pursue your educational goals with us.  SJC is dedicated to your success so all new students (first time in college) are required to participate in New Student Orientation before registering for their first term.  New Student Orientation is designed to give you the tools you need to be successful both inside and outside the classroom. 

The mission of New Student Orientation is to:

·        Foster student success,

·        Establish social & academic connections

·        Introduce college resources &

·        Engage students in the SJC culture

                                    in a fun, supportive environment!

Students have the option of choosing a campus orientation or online orientation. What is the differerence?
