7-4 Vice President of Instruction

  1. Serves on campus curriculum committee and district curriculum committee
  2. Provides professional development related to curriculum processes
  3. Schedules campus curriculum committee meetings
  4. Ensures that his/her campus adheres to curriculum revision timelines and process
  5. Provides input to the associate deans and curriculum facilitator regarding curriculum proposals
  6. Ensures that his/her campus president is kept informed throughout the curriculum process
  7. Monitors the curriculum revisions process and provides timely guidance to curriculum facilitators, curriculum proposal teams, associate deans and department chairs
  8. Makes final determination regarding which courses in the maintenance inventory will be offered by an individual campus
