7-4 Vice Chancellor of Instructional Programs and Services

  1. Chairs district curriculum committee
  2. Schedules district curriculum committee meetings
  3. Informs curriculum proposal teams of changes in state guidelines, accreditation standards, etc.
  4. Coordinates professional development activities for curriculum facilitators, campus curriculum committee members, associate deans, and vice presidents of instruction related to curricular issues
  5. Prepares and submits curriculum reports to the chancellor's cabinet and the board of regents
  6. Summarizes and presents new program prioritization to chancellor's cabinet
  7. Distributes approved curriculum proposals to department chairs, associate deans, registrars, technical deans, academic dean and vice presidents of instruction
  8. Forwards inventory maintenance forms to ITS after curriculum proposals have been approved by the district curriculum committee
  9. Oversees curriculum Intranet
