Fees Per Term
- General Service Fee—A fee of $130 is charged each fall, spring or summer term. This fee is not refundable unless the student withdraws from all courses. The refund is pro-rated based on the published refund schedule.
- Late Registration Fee—A nonrefundable fee of $25 will be charged to any student who registers on or after the published late registration date.
- Schedule Change Fees—Schedule changes made prior to the first day of class do not incur a fee. Any class changes on or after the first class day of the semester are subject to the college refund policy which allows a maximum refund of 70% of tuition charges once the term or session has begun. Class changes are considered processed at the time of data entry. The student is considered liable for the appropriate charges.
- Lab Fees—A Lab Fees chart appears later in this section. Lab fees are subject to change.
- Liability Insurance—There is a $7 charge per term per class. (Health Sciences clinical courses, Dietetic Technician, and Cosmetology)
- Distance Learning Fee—A $30 fee is assessed for each course offered by way of Distance Learning in addition to standard course tuition and fees. An additional $10 fee is assessed for each Process Technology course offered by way of Distance Learning.
- International Student Processing Fee—$35. This is a nonrefundable fee assessed students holding F-1 visas each period of enrollment.
- Course and/or Other Fees—Required for specific courses.

Flight courses are subject to regular college tuition and fees. All college tuition and fees must be paid at the time of registration. Flight fee charges are subject to change when the current contract changes. Please contact the Aeronautical Department for the most recent flight fees. | ||
| Flight loans for students enrolling in flight courses are available on Central Campus. Flight loans for flight tuition must be paid in full by the time the student is ready to fly or by the end of the term in which the loan was obtained, whichever comes first. A flight loan covers one-half of the flight fee and may be obtained for only one flight course at a time. A $25 fee is assessed for each flight loan, payable with the first payment of the flight loan.
