The college's Safety/Incident Report plays a very important role in San Jacinto College's accident prevention program. This multi-purpose reporting form should be used by all employees, students and visitors for reporting on-campus injuries, near-miss accidents, and immediate, clear and/or potential hazards.
Information from the Safety/Incident Report is used to initiate proper follow-up action necessary to eliminate, repair or correct defects which might have caused the accident, or which might cause a similar accident to occur. When on-the-job injuries occur the Safety/Incident Report is in addition to the required notification to the Safety Department. Additional copies are readily available by calling the Safety Department at 281-998-6183.
Note: In case of a campus accident involving injury or serious illness, call your campus police department at their emergency telephone number "5555".
