San Jacinto College has retained the services of Patterson & Associates to act as investment advisors to the College. The investment advisors do not have the authority to make investment decisions without obtaining prior approval.

San Jacinto College does not use soft dollar arrangements as a means of paying for investments. All investments are paid through direct payments.

The College is associated with the San Jacinto Community College Foundation, Inc. For information about the Foundation please contact Susan Arscott, Vice President of Resource Development, 4624 Fairmont Parkway, Suite 208, Pasadena, TX 77504. At the close of its fiscal year on July 31, 2007 the market value of the Foundation's investments was $3,772,468.
