Prior to SJC: Heather was named her team’s offensive player of the year for three straight seasons in high school. She was a first team all-district player as a senior and was honored as the county player of the year.

About Heather: Heather plans to major in education with the hopes of one day becoming a teacher/coach. She is the daughter of Julie and Jim Anderson.

Silman on Anderson: “Heather was a late signee for us, and we were glad to get her. She has a long and tall build and is an offensive-minded player all the way. She’ll play the small forward spot for us and has range out to the 3-point line. That’s a good thing with her size because we can use her to pull some of the taller post players out to the perimeter.”
