Enrolling in the program together allows the couple to spend quality time together while learning and staying active. Which, they say, helps keep them physically and mentally healthy.

There are many ways to enroll:
Please visit the CPD Registration page for more information on each method of registering.
While we have resources for all ages, unless the course says otherwise, you must be at least 18 to enroll. For those courses, you will also need to fill out a Parent Waiver Form. Please contact the Registration Office with questions about a specific program.
Some programs have rolling enrollment and others are only offered once a semester. When you see that a course is closed, click the “Request Information” button and fill out the course inquiry form. This will ensure you are notified when the class opens up again for enrollment.
