College For All Texans

Receive free tuition at state-supported colleges or universities, including San Jacinto College. Review eligibility requirements and learn how to apply.

Texas Department of Family and Protective Services Tuition Exemption

This state law exempts or waives tuition and fees at state-supported colleges or universities for current or former foster youth. Review qualification requirements and learn more. 

Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Program

This federally-funded program provides up to $5,000 a year to eligible foster youth to pursue educational and vocational training programs. Learn more about the ETV program
